LATE 19TH CENTURY, the everted flat rim painted with stylized fleur-de-lis and acanthus leaves on the interior, over a wide gilt band, repeating bead and foliate motifs,

above a tapered neck with painted scrolling foliates over a ruby ground, centering a hand painted portrait of a beauty with thistle sprigs within a mountainous landscape,
