Late 19th Century, underglaze blue beehive mark and impressed Hutschenreuther maker's mark

A finely decorated porcelain plate is hand painted with a beautiful bust-length portrait of a young woman with a peaceful gaze wearing ivy on her head.

Signed Wagner at the lower right, within a gold encrusted art nouveau gilt floral border against a pale celadon green ground.
