KPM, Emil Eckardt, Late 19th-Early 20th Century

After a painting by Jean-Baptiste Bertrand (French 1823-1887); impressed with scepter above KPM marks above letter F and titled Marguerite/ orgil. von/ J. Bertrand in black to reverse; the front signed Emil Eckardt/ Dresden to the bottom right corner.
